In many cases, yes. We aim for same-day or next-day service for urgent issues.

How quickly can I get a repair appointment?

Typical availability is within 24–48 hours. For urgent problems, call our line to check for same-day options.

Pricing & Payment

How is pricing determined?

We charge a $75.00 diagnostic service fee, which is waived if you approve the repair estimate. Overall prices depend on appliance type, parts required, and complexity.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, Zelle and cash.

Do you offer warranties on repairs?

Yes. We provide a 90-day warranty on workmanship and, when applicable, on replaced parts.

How do I book a service appointment?

You can book online via our form, or call/text our service line. We’ll confirm availability and provide a diagnostic window.

What should I prepare for the technician?

Ensure clear access to the appliance, have any model/serial numbers ready, and a brief description of the problem.

Parts & Maintenance

Do you use OEM parts?

Wherever possible, we use Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts. If a compatible aftermarket part is recommended, we will explain why and obtain your consent.

Do you offer maintenance plans?

Yes. We offer preventative maintenance packages to extend appliance life, improve efficiency, and reduce the risk of future breakdowns.

Guarantees & Policies

What if the problem returns after repairs?

If the same issue recurs within the warranty period, we’ll inspect and re-service at no extra labor charge, subject to terms.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

You can reschedule or cancel up to 2 hours before the appointment without penalty. Cancellations within the penalty window may incur a small fee.
